New Hire Headshots
Consistent, repeatable portrait photography for growing organizations.
Are you tasked with maintaining a current headshot for everyone in your organization? You’ve probably realized it’s not as easy as it sounds. You likely find yourself juggling schedules (or herding kittens), trying to match backgrounds, and finding an available conference room last minute.
Save yourself time and energy, and take advantage of a portrait photography solution I’ve created to integrate new hires into your company’s about page without the hassle.
Ideal for law firms, banks, engineering firms, and any organization with a large (and growing) client-facing staff.
How does it work?
If you decide this solutions is right for your organization, I’ll send you (or your marketing team) a private scheduling link to my the Troy photo studio.
You can distribute the link internally to new hires as part of your company’s on-boarding process. The new staff members schedule their own headshot appointments at a preferred time. They’ll receive a confirmation email and calendar link, so you don’t need to worry about reminders.
These Express appointments are designed to get new hires in and out of the studio in 15 minutes. They’ll receive one retouched image of their choice from a selection of proofs. Additional looks are available if you need a formal and casual look, for example.
We’ll maintain the look we established for your initial headshot project across all new hire portraits. New hires or org chart changes will now be seamless to your clients.
What does it cost?
Individual Express portrait sessions are normally $229. But if I’ve previously photographed your organization, you may be eligible for more aggressive pricing. Call for preferred rates based on your expected volume. You’ll be directly billed as each new hire schedules a session.
What’s the turnaround?
Proofs will be available within two business days from the session. The selected image will be retouched in another day or two.
How do we sign up?
Complete the contact form below or give the studio a call. I’ll be in touch to discuss the details.
What about background options?
I always recommend a simple studio background as a starting point. But if you’d like to integrate different backgrounds — perhaps a scene from your office — we can discuss that option. Note that additional retouching fees may apply for background swaps.

Case Study — First State Bank
As part of a website refresh and expansion into the Rochester and Troy markets, First State Bank scheduled multiple days of photography across a couple of their offices. Over 60 people were initially photographed.
As construction of the new Rochester Hills branch, and organic growth, hiring has continued. New employees simply schedule their appointment online and they have an image ready to go for their business cards, website and any promotional materials.
