Detroit Event Headshot Booth
The Headshot Experience For Your Next Event
Hosting a trade show, conference or client appreciation event around Detroit (We also travel, if your event is outside Michigan)? Add a headshot booth. Give your attendees swag they can use! Designed with sponsors in mind, guests will leave with a retouched image great for social platforms. And you, as the sponsor or organizer, get a lead list of everyone photographed.

Ask about custom sponsor signage for your event and additional makeup & hair options. There are many ways to structure these events, so I’m always happy to discuss ideas to elevate the experience for your event.

FAQs
How many people can you photograph during an event?
Figure about 20 people per hour, per station. So for a full day, that’s about 200 people.
How do guests sign up and get their images?
Guests sign in using a QR code, which we display throughout the booth. Everyone will get a personal proof gallery emailed to them. Once a selection is made, the retouched image will be available through the same gallery link shortly after the event. The event organizer also receives a master gallery link of all retouched images.
I have no idea how many people will want a headshot, what do you suggest?
Based on past experience, not all attendees will want/need a new image (for a variety of reasons). Participation varies based on event details, but figure two thirds of your expected attendees will be interested.
Do you suggest retouching?
Thanks to good posing, coaching from the photographer and professional lighting, the headshots look great out of the camera. However, in an event setting, we have to work quickly, so retouching takes care of the details that we might not otherwise catch.
If the images will be printed, retouching is always recommended. For internal use images only, retouching may be optional if budget is a concern.
