How does it work?
If you decide this solution is right for your organization, I’ll send you (or your marketing team) a private scheduling link to my the Troy photo studio. Or, you can purchase sessions in bulk below.
You can distribute the link internally to new hires as part of your company’s on-boarding process. The new staff members schedule their own headshot appointments at a preferred time. They’ll receive a confirmation email and calendar link, so you don’t need to worry about reminders.
These Express appointments are designed to get new hires in and out of the studio in 15 minutes. They’ll receive one retouched image of their choice from a selection of proofs. Additional looks are available if you need a formal and casual look, for example. While the sessions are quick, each client will benefit from my personalized posing and expression coaching for their new hire employee headshot.
We’ll maintain the look we established for your initial headshot project across all new hire portraits. New hires or org chart changes will now be seamless to your clients.

What does it cost?
New hire sessions start at $225/person, depending on the specifications.
Volume Pricing!
If you know you’ll need a bunch of sessions, ask me about purchasing multiple sessions at once.
What’s the turnaround?
Proofs will be available within two business days from the session. The selected image will be retouched in another two to three days.

What about background options?
I always recommend a simple studio background as a starting point. But if you’d like to integrate different backgrounds — perhaps a scene from your office — we can discuss that option. Note that additional retouching fees may apply for background swaps.
