FAQs

How many people can you photograph during an event?

Figure about 20 people per hour, per station. So for a full day, that’s about 200 people.

I have no idea how many people will want a headshot, what do you suggest?

Based on past experience, not all attendees will want/need a new image (for a variety of reasons). Participation varies based on event details, but figure two thirds of your expected attendees will be interested.

Do you suggest retouching?

Thanks to good posing, coaching from the photographer and professional lighting, the headshots look great out of the camera. However, if the images will be used prominently online (larger than LinkedIn or Teams), then retouching isn’t a bad idea.

If the images will be printed, retouching is recommended.
