After breaking my collarbone last year, I learned more than I wanted to know about physical therapy. My work requires a fair amount of physical activity — especially shoulder strength. After doing her headshot, Tina, suggested I come in to get my shoulder checked out. She did a quick evaluation, checked the range of motion and alignment (you wouldn't believe how things get screwed up when you break something). Thankfully, I'm good to go. But she also gave me some tips about approaching exercise and stretching to ensure my shoulder stays fully functional.
